Interview and hiring support

An interview process your team and your candidates can trust.

I help teams fix and build their interview process. Interviewers get trained, calibrated and confident, and HR gets a process it can rely on.

How it works

  1. 01

    Intro call

    Free

We talk about your situation, what you have tried and what you want from your hiring. It sets the tone for everything after.

  2. 02

    Review

    Paid

I look at how interviewing works today. You send me interview recordings, I sit in on a live interview and go through your process with you, and you tell me where it hurts. I add my own research, from candidate outreach to Glassdoor.

  3. 03

    Findings

    One fix included

I present what I found: your pain points, and what already works well. You also leave with one of them already fixed, so the work starts with a result.

  4. 04

    Fix it

    Paid

We change the process together: structure, scorecards, questions and interviewer training, whatever the review showed matters most. Location does not matter until this step. I suggest doing it on site if possible, with travel costs billed separately.

Common questions

Is this only for small teams?

I mostly work with teams up to Series A, where the interview process is still being shaped. Larger teams are welcome too, as long as there is a real problem to look at.

Who do you work with on our side?

Hiring managers and HR together. A good process needs both: engineering knows what to test, and HR knows how the candidate experiences it.

What happens on the intro call?

We talk about your situation, what you have tried and what you want from your hiring. It is free, and you decide afterwards whether a review makes sense.

What do you need from us for the review?

Recordings of your interviews, a seat in a live interview, and time to go through your process with the people who run it. I add my own research on top, from candidate outreach to Glassdoor.

Do you only tell us to change things?

No. I show you what works as well as what does not. Sometimes the answer is that your process is fine and a different part of hiring is the problem.

Do we have to be on site?

Location does not matter until the last step. For that one I suggest working on site if possible, with travel costs billed separately.

What does it cost?

The intro call is free. The review is paid, and costs less than the fix. We agree on the details once we have talked.
